Thibaut Joltreau is a postdoctoral researcher at Toulouse Business School (TBS Education), where he contributes to the Horizon Europe project TWIN SEEDS. This research examines the impact of geopolitical disruptions and emerging industrial policies on the reconfiguration of Global Value Chains (GVCs).
He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Sciences Po Bordeaux (2019), completed in partnership with the Middlebury Institute of International Studies (California, U.S.). In 2023, he earned his PhD in Political Science, focusing on the political economy of the sugar and rum industries in French overseas departments.
Thibaut has teaching experience in political studies institutes (Sciences Po Bordeaux), business schools (TBS Education), and engineering schools (Polytech Marseille). His courses cover International Business and Global Value Chains, Circular Business Models, and Public Policy Analysis.
